Hours are from 9am - 4pm Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm Friday, 9.30am - 4pm Saturday & Sunday. (Public Holiday hours may vary)

Baby Cot, High Chair & hire can be arranged through Reception for an additional cost. High chairs - FREE & Cot - $30 per night.
Check in time is from 2.00pm. Check out time is strictly 10.00am. Early Check-in 12.00pm $50.00 Late Check-out 12.00pm $50.00 Please note that early check-in & late check-out requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability. In the absence of availability, guests may store luggage at Reception at 2 The Palladio, Mandurah. If you do not check out and return the keys to us by the requested check out time, fees will apply and be charged to your credit card.
There is one car bay in the garage of the apartment. If you have more than one car there is visitor car parking within the complex.
All guests have the right to a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Any guests found disrupting other guests at the complex, engaging in acts of vandalism, property damage, dangerous, antisocial, unruly and/or illegal behaviour, or any guests disregarding instructions and repeated requests from security and/or management will be removed from Serenity on the Terrace. The guest will be liable for all costs associated with repair or replacement of any items or objects damaged by the guest within the apartment and the wider resort. Adults are responsible for their children and their actions at all times.
NO refund will be given for shortened length of stay or cancellations outside the free cancellation window.
For any after-hours related issues please call 0427 690 794 which will get diverted to our after-hours service to who will contact our night manager. If you are facing an EMERGENCY dial 000.
Serenity on the Terrace has a STRICT ‘No Pets’ policy
Serenity on the Terrace respects your rights to privacy. All information collected is necessary for operational purposes. Your information will not be provided to any third party for marketing purposes.
Our Apartments are fully self-contained with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. It is the responsibility of the guest to maintain the apartment during their stay. For guests staying in excess of one week, we offer a complimentary mid-week service. In-room refreshments such as Tea and Coffee and Amenities including toilet paper, tissues and detergents are provided complimentary as an initial service only. Additional Supplies can be purchased at reception. If you would like an additional service this can be arranged through reception at an extra cost.
We accept all major credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, as well as having Eftpos capabilities. Personal Cheques cannot be accepted.
Please refer to your welcome letter for wifi password as it varies from each unit.
Routine maintenance checks are carried out to ensure each apartment is in working order for your arrival.
Please inform Reception as soon as possible should any maintenance issues arise during your stay.
Any urgent or critical situations that arise will be addressed by Reception or After Hours management in the interim.
Please report any concerns and/or disturbances to Reception during business hours. Outside business hours our after hours team will be able to assist you. In case of a true emergency requiring police, fire or ambulances, always dial 000.
